You have ordered from us, but you do not like the product or you have received a damaged item? No problem!

We make returns easier

We have gotten rid of paper returns receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your return and exchange online with your order number and email .

Our returns policy

You can return unused items to us within 14 days. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After the return has been checked, the corresponding amount will be refunded (less EUR 4.90 for return shipping) - according to the payment method you have chosen. Processing and refunds can take up to 7 days. Check out our cancellation policy for more information.

What you can't send back

Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label.

All art print products made individually for you are excluded from returns. For this reason, you cannot select this in the returns portal.

Is a delivered product damaged?

In the case of a damaged item, please send us a photo clearly showing the damage. DO NOT return the product via the returns portal . In order to make the process as customer-friendly as possible, we try to use the photo to weigh up whether a refund or a re-shipment of the damaged product is possible.

Returns from abroad

You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. We do not provide you with a return label for the return. Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad must be borne by you.
