Shipping and Payment
All our packages are sent insured and with a tracking number
We calculate shipping costs according to product type and differentiate between inventory items that are ready to be shipped and unfinished products (art prints) that are only produced after the order has been placed.
This depends on which country and whether you ordered an inventory item ready to ship or an unfinished product (art print). Inventory items are handed over to the shipping service provider on working days by 12:00 p.m. on the same day and then take approximately 1-2 working days to arrive.
If we deliver an art print, the product will be produced especially for you within 2-4 working days and handed over to the shipping service provider, so that a shipping time of another 2-4 days can be expected from the time of handover.
Deliveries abroad can take between 4-12 days.

In order to have an order delivered to a Packstation, you need a DHL customer account - create a customer account here
When placing your order, enter the number of the packing station and your personal postal number in the address line as an additional address.

Order status or order change
We will inform you by email about the status of your order, there you will find a link to track the shipment.
With a customer account, you can view your order and shipment status at any time in the account.
You can change your address in your customer account at any time.
If you want to change your address after ordering or add an item, contact us as soon as possible using the contact form and let us know your request.
Note: We try to ship as quickly as possible, once your order has left our warehouse we are unfortunately unable to change your shipping and billing address.

If the order has not yet left our premises, we will try to cancel it before it is shipped. If we succeed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
We will then refund the invoice amount to the payment method selected when ordering.
If your order has already been shipped, you can of course exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving the order.
Note: We try to ship as quickly as possible, once the order has left our warehouse we cannot change anything.
Possible reasons why you did not receive a confirmation:
1.) Perhaps you entered an incorrect email address.
2.) A typo can also be the reason.
3.) Check the spam folder. The order confirmation may be there.
4.) It is also possible that the ordering process was not completed correctly.
In any case, contact us so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
In the case of a mixed order from warehouse A (in stock) and warehouse B (print order), two packages will be sent. It can be assumed that delivery from warehouse A will be slightly faster than from warehouse B.
If this is not the case and a product is missing, please excuse us, this shouldn't happen!

Return or complaint
We are most happy when you love our products, when they enrich your life and when you are happy with them. If you still want to return an order, we're happy to help.
We have gotten rid of paper returns receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your return and exchange online with your order number and email.

Non-prefabricated products are specially made to your order, if the product is faulty we are happy to replace it. These products are excluded from revocation.
In the event of cancellation of the order, the return costs are borne by the buyer with regard to our environment. We want to raise awareness of delivery routes and thus minimize returns.
Furthermore, we have separated from return receipts in paper form. Here, too, awareness of our environment plays a major role, and on the other hand we want to offer our customers the greatest possible comfort.
