Rose Quartz: Cleanse, discharge and charge
The enchanting rose quartz is one of the more sensitive stones and should be treated with care. Permanently high temperatures can affect it just as much as sunlight, which can cause it to lose its attractive coloring. When changing from high to low temperatures, splinters can flake off the gemstone and lead to dangerous injuries - for this reason, rose quartz should never be used in the sauna. Regular cleaning of the stone, especially if it comes into frequent contact with the skin, is carried out under lukewarm, running water. To discharge the beautiful stone, it can be placed in a bowl of hematite overnight. Rock crystals are suitable for charging.
